During my recent stay at Al Muntazah Plaza Hotel, I found it to be a practical choice for business travelers. Located in the business district, the hotel offers essential amenities like free Wi-Fi in public areas, which, despite some quirky password changes, generally worked well for my projects. The check-in and check-out processes were efficient, facilitated by a professional reception staff who were attentive to our needs. One member, especially, exemplified excellent service, making my transitions smooth and stress-free. The hotel features a fitness center and a seasonal outdoor pool - both nice for unwinding after a day of meetings. I did encounter some issues with room cleanliness that couldn't be overlooked. Stains on the bed linens and malfunctioning air conditioning were concerning. Nevertheless, the overall experience was satisfactory, thanks to the polite and helpful staff. In summary, while the Al Muntazah Plaza has its flaws, it certainly caters well to business travelers on a budget, with essential amenities and a supportive environment for remote work.
